Fairgrounds Speedway at Nashville Driver's Hall of Fame Night and New Member Inductions

The Fairgrounds Speedway will be hosting the "Driver's Hall of Fame Night" as the staff and fans pay homage to the past drivers and champions for their selfless contributions made here during their illustrious careers.

The Fairgrounds Speedway will be inducting four new members into the Tennessee Racing Hall of Fame. The new inductees will be Sterling Marlin, Joe Buford, Chad Chaffin, and the legendary Marty Robbins. The speedway will also recognize all past drivers, or family member in attendance, with a private dinner, special grandstand seating, introductions on stage, and an autograph session for the fans. The driver, or a family representative, will be available for media inquiries, photographs, or perhaps share a priceless anecdote about a celebrated driver.

The speedway will also induct Bobby Hamilton, Sr., but has deferred until the presentation of the Bobby Hamilton, Sr. Memorial 200 racing event later in the 2009 season.
